Nocsak... a brummogás igényes vitává szelídül?... [a végét új bejegyzésbe mozgattam]
Hűha... érzitek ezt az ihletett csendet?
Szgerle most nem dühös vitát folytat képzelt ellenféllel, hanem valós problémát, a szavak folyamatos kiürülését panaszolja, érzésem szerint valódi szomorúsággal.
Fcuking Alien levág egy (a jelek szerint) megszokott szarkasztikus tirádát, de abból is hiányzik a düh, inkább lényegében Szgerle panaszát látom benne a másik oldalról.
Sajnos jó hírekkel nem szolgálhatok. A fenti szösszenetem nevetségesen rövid. 17 évesen, (már Lao-ce, Csuang-ce, Buddha, Gandhi, stb gondolataival való találkozás után) kezdtem írásban dokumentálni azt az utat, amelyen megérteni igyekszem a világot. Most 42 vagyok, két könyv, több, mint 600 blog bejegyzés és egy rakás nem publikált kísérlet, nomeg húsz év (szerintem sikeres) rendszerelemzői, tervezői, programozói karrier van a hátam mögött, és igen, érteni vélem a folyamatokat, köztük azt is, hogy miért ennyire "érthetetlen" a világ. Ettől függetlenül az enyém is csak egy vélemény a sok közül, amelyek ismeretében egyáltalán érdemes lenne elkezdeni saját véleményt alkotni.
Azt viszont elég határozottan állíthatom, hogyan nem érdemes. Szgerle, ha fárasztanak a "kisregények", akkor egyszerűen nem lehet elég kiinduló adatod ahhoz, hogy véleményt alkoss. Fcuking Alien, ha a véleményed még csak arra elég, hogy bohócot csinálj másokéból, inkább tartsd meg magadnak (vagy ha így jobban tetszik: "Speak only if it improves upon the silence" - Gandhi). Amikor saját neveddel és arcoddal képes vagy elmondani, hogy szerinted mi "igen", akkor is, ha emiatt mások meg téged röhöghetnek ki - akkor van értelme. Ugyanis pontosan ez a két "archetípus": az okkal "bizalmatlan egyszerű" és a szintén okkal "kiábrándult bonyolult" emberekből álló massza az, amelyen a mai, tényleg óvodás szintű irányító rendszer uralkodni képes.
A megoldás pedig annak elfogadása, hogy nincsenek "magyar választók", egyedül én vagyok, aki a saját tetteiért, döntéseiért, kommunikációjáért felelős. Lehet, hogy mások nem ismerik a szavak jelentését - én attól még használhatom őket az általam vágyott értékük szerint. Lehet, hogy az ország, vagy az egész világ egy szemétdomb - de én kiválaszthatom belőle azt az öt alkatrészt, amelyhez értek és amiből én építkezni tudok. Lehet, hogy nem lesz belőle semmi - de ÉN megtettem, amit tudok.

Tudod szerintem a kommunikáció ELSŐ feltétele a megértés szándéka - de sajnos a megértés fogalmán is nyilvánvalóan mást értünk. Én pozitívan állok a brummogó kórushoz, ezért tetszik. Te "ismered a trükköt" (nyilván én is), ezért dühöngeni kezdesz. Aztán épp az első dühöngésed célpontjának választott medvék nevében kikéred magadnak azt, amit hallani vélsz a szavaimból... hát ez így nem visz messzire.
Szgerle, Bár majdnem biztos, hogy az agyad az ötödik mondatnál ledobja az ékszíjat, nem is neked írom, hanem azért, mert nem bírom magamban tartani... Mondd, mit TUDSZ te a "civilekről"? SEMMIT. De elárulom, épp az imént próbált veled beszélni egy: Attila Nagy (remélem kijavít, ha tévedek).
Miről ismered meg a "civilt"?
- van saját, személyes felelősséggel kialakított véleménye, szakterülete, amiben jó;
- alapvetően pozitívan áll a számára ismeretlen kezdeményezésekhez, ad esélyt arra, hogy bizonyítsanak;
- a kommunikációt a saját igaza harsogása helyett véleménycserének tekinti: végiggondolja a másik fél szövegét, és (urambocsá) ugyanezt várja el a partnertől;
- rühelli a politikát.
Miért? Mert ma a politika mindezek ellenkezőjéről szól. "Kiemelkedő személyiségei" egyedül az önmarketing szakértői: abból élnek, hogy BÁRMIT, amihez odaférnek, mellettük szóló szavazatokká próbálnak alakítani. Nekik (önálló, személyes felelősséggel vállalt vélemény hiányában) nem fáj, hogy ezzel kerékbe törik a szakértelmet; versenytársként minden eltérő gondolatot zsigerből a földbe taposnak; csak a saját igazukat ismételgetik és... rühellik a civileket.
Miért tudják ezt megtenni? Mert létezik egy nagy réteg "egyszerű ember", akiknek kellemetlen a saját vélemény kialakítása, helyette örömmel kapják fel és ismételgetik ordítva a nekik pépesre rágott sablonokat. Akik tudják "az igazat" a zsidókról, liberálisokról, bankokról, balosokról, civilekről - vagy éppen az "agymosott fidesz-hívőkről".
Miért kellemetlen a saját vélemény kialakítása? Lássuk hogyan keletkezik! 1: információk jutnak el hozzánk, 2: igyekszünk ezek hitelességét ellenőrizni és azokra támaszkodni, 3: véleményt alkotunk, 4: hangot adunk a véleményünknek.
Namost, sokféle, ellentétes információ jut hozzánk. Aki SAJÁT véleményt szeretne alkotni, amelyért személyes felelősséget vállal, nehéz helyzetben van: valahogy értékelnie kell a mindenféle forrást, közös képpé gyúrni akkor, amikor MINDEN mögött politikai és gazdasági torzítás van. Ez ROHADT NEHÉZ, az ilyen ember hangja halk és bizonytalan. Viszont annak, aki már az elején "tudja az igazat"? Neki könnyű: eleve csak azt az információt fogadja el, amely a véleményével egyezik; a véleményalkotás ennyiből áll: nahát, ő is ezt mondja, hát csak igaz!, majd ezt harsogva képviseli.
Lásd például te magad, vagy "Fcuking Alien" , aki "visszautasítja a kollektivizmust". Fel sem fogja, hogy a tény, hogy beszélni, írni, olvasni tud, vagy hogy ismeri a "kollektivizmus" szót, a magyar nyelv és a közoktatás nevű kollektivizmus eredménye. Az, hogy ezt a véleményecskéjét az ivócimbiken túl megszellőztethette, a globális emberi tudomány, ipar, szállítórendszerek "kollektivizmusának" köszönhető. Mondjuk, ezért kár volt.
Mutatok ellenpéldát: "Tévedés volt az évszázad kozmológiai felfedezése"
Figyelem:
- "Ugyanaz a kutatócsoport, amelyik tavaly márciusban egy ősrobbanás utáni jel észleléséről számolt be, további mérésekkel cáfolta saját szenzációs felfedezését."
- ... "a kutatócsoport is kételkedett abban, hogy valóban a keresett fényjelet sikerült befogniuk. Ezért is folytatták a vizsgálatokat, egy riválisnak mondható tudóscsoport segítségével."
- "Legalább azt megtudtuk, hogy milyen erejű jelet kell észlelni ahhoz, hogy ne csak a por zavaró hatását lássuk."
EZ a "civil" hozzáállás. Szemben a politika szavazat-orientált sikerpropagandájával és a humanoid massza "Csak a Fidesz" / "Orbán takarodj" színvonalával. Bocs, a "való világ", a globális "kollektivista" ellátórendszer, amely nélkül napok alatt káoszba zuhanunk, az ELŐBBI.
Hiszem, hogy ha sokszor és lassan elolvasod mindezt, akár meg is értheted - bár ez a hitem sajnos ellenkezik a racionális véleményemmel és számos korábbi tapasztalatommal.
Engem kizárólag a kmmentekre való válaszolás érdekel. A kommentekkel foglalkozom, mert egy páran a kommentjeikbol kiolvasva nem ertettek meg.
Ismerem ezt a marketing trükköt amit ez is akar használni, de pont arról beszélek, hogy miért nem működik.
Amikor sejtelmesen nyikorog az ajtó, akkor persze hogy kíváncsi vagyok mi van mögötte, de amikor másfél perc brummogast kapok, akkor az élettől is el megy a kedvem.
Kedves "Alien", szerintem már az sem teljesen mindegy, hogy egy másfél perce videóból mennyire mást hallunk.
Nekem például itt az történt, hogy színészek, vagyis a szavak mesterei feladták a mesterségük lényegét, helyette brummognak. Nekem a gondolkodás a munkám, hivatásom, és tragikusnak tartom, hogy a közbeszédben szavak milyen mértékben vesztették el jelentésüket, illetve az eredeti jelentés pártlogókra, színekre és fröcsögő érzelmekre cserélődött. Ekkora erővel politikusaink akár brummoghatnának is, de nem, Paksról, kórházakról és oktatásról hablatyolnak - és döntenek.
Aztán a brummogás kórussá alakul: az egyedi brummogók közös szabályokat fogadnak el, nem a saját brummogásukat ismételgetik, hanem egy dallam rájuk osztott részét, amely önmagában értelmetlen, de együtt olyasmit ad ki, amit egyedileg képtelenek lennének megvalósítani bármilyen erőfeszítés árán. Ez szerintem az emberi társadalom egészséges működésének receptje - szemben azzal, amikor néhány önjelölt lángelme és nemzetmentő (színektől függetlenül, bármelyik ideológia mentén) egyedül próbál énekelni minden szólamot, vagy a többieket számukra idegen dallamok előadására kényszeríti.
És mivel ezzel már nagyon régen foglalkozom, én is brummogtam egyet.
Csak ezzel a válasszal sokkal többet töltöttem, mint másfél perc, és a brummogó kórust is több, mint tízszer hallgattam már meg, de ettől csak nőtt az életkedvem. Függetlenül attól, hogy gőzöm nincs, vajon ők mit akarnak kihozni belőle, de amit én hallok, bizony sokkal értelmesebb, mint mondjuk egy híradó... :-D Részemről köszönet az alkotóknak!

Nahát, egy levél!
Most már bizonyított tény: egy írásom alapján igenis lehetséges megtalálni az email címemet és levelet küldeni nekem. Sajnos ugyanakkor a válaszom már nem az, amire egy lelkes ember igazán vágyna. Ezen nem tudok segíteni, és még így is parányi töredékét mutatom annak, amit én látok a világból.

Hát, egyik szemem sír, a másik üveg ;-)
Tőled most több biztatást kaptam, mint a Kishantos-ügyből kinövő TESZ-től egész idő alatt (pedig próbálkoztam rendesen, meg akkor még félbénán elvonszoltam magam Pestre az egyik találkozójukra).
Őket nem érdekelte, hogy álmodozás helyett ezekkel a dolgokkal ha választást nyerni meg országos listát állítani nem, de egy egészségesebb közgondolkodás alternatíváját igenis fel lehetett volna mutatni a megfelelő időben (a 2014-es parlamenti választásról beszélek, nem egy agrárcég marketing kampányáról!). A kétharmad ugrott volna, és a "fiúk" körül szépen el lehetett volna fogyasztani a levegőt. HIGGADT kérdésekkel és elemzésekkel (lásd pl netadó, vagy Kövér László civil-ellenes kirohanásai) az utcán hőbörgés helyett.
Most meg a Jobbik körül sertepertél a jobb sorsra (talán tényleg nem?) érdemes Ángyán József... EHH
Az általad is népszerűsített Kishantosról szóló írásomat pedig az elmúlt teljes héten 7 ember olvasta, veled együtt. Ez admin statisztika, és a szomorú valóság. Az első nekibuzdulás elmúltával az is kiderül, te mennyire bírod... :-S

Brumm...
Nem tudok elmenni amellett, hogy ez a kampányvideó milyen közel áll ahhoz, amelynek jelenlegi, "sötét oldaláról" a Süketek kórusát, működni vágyott változatáról a Pandóra szelencéjét írtam.
A szereplők jó lelkű, tiszteletre méltó színészek, egyik mesterem, Robin Williams kollégái.
Én viszont írástudónak vallom magam: Lao-ce-t, Marcus Aureliust, Jézust, Anthony de Mellót nem forrásnak tekintem, hanem felmenőim között tartom számon őket.
Nem szerepekbe bújva igyekszem őszintén tovább adni a szavakat, hogy másokban gondolatokat ébresszek. Életem értékét mérem azzal, milyen mélységben sikerül bölcsességüket felfognom, megvalósítanom és a mai világ megértésévé alakítanom.

Dear Professor,
it is already an honor that you responded so quickly. Respecting your valuable time, here is my elevator pitch, and I will not further disturb you until you request it.
I am a software architect, worked with 5 - 200 colleagues, including international companies from data mining/AI to government data management systems.
I concluded that IT industry has forgotten about the Neumann principles; it focuses on the required functions instead of the structure of a system. Solving a task for me is to create a language (terms and activities) in which I can "explain" the computer what to do. Today, I "think together" with my framework: register my findings in a meta-layer, because I have written the codes that can understand and execute my plans. This system is "more intelligent" than I am: my brain can't hold and use reliably all the knowledge that I have collected about the task.
My final goal is to use the same descriptive tools to the "executor" itself, and make it completely runtime and language independent (and it is not too far now).
IT is extremely important, because it is the front line of today's constant war. First, people killed others to enforce their own will. Later, they conquered and enslaved them. Even later, they created laws to keep others in their order. Today they make others believe in a vision of the world to remote control them. We have the IT tools (personal endpoints and global, real time transport network) to show the real world to people in the same way as now they are blinded by, and blind themselves with false dreams and empty chatting.
I am confident that this is inevitable consequence of the fact that our economy concepts (money and natural human motivations) are not able to describe and organize the operation of a global and synchronous community: the human race. We are in the very last moment to change this path. I think I know how to start it, and I think, you are one of the few who can evaluate my ideas, because we seem to use compatible patters, and thought a lot about languages, ideas, reasoning, brains and communities.

We have the IT tools (personal endpoints and global, real time transport network) to show the real world to people in the same way as now they are blinded by, and blind themselves with false dreams and empty chatting.
I am confident that this is inevitable consequence of the fact that our economy concepts (money and natural human motivations) are not able to describe and organize the operation of a global and synchronous community: the human race. We are in the very last moment to change this path. I think I know how to start it, and I think, you are one of the few who can evaluate my ideas, because we seem to use compatible patters, and thought a lot about languages, ideas, reasoning, brains and communities.

"To a deep thinking about who we are..."
A very single-sided "discussion" with Tiffany Shlain (I am on her mailing list and sometimes I respond) who does letitripple.org, "Mobile Films for Global Change". Oh yes...

As I rolled into 2015, finally letting go of some resolutions (zero inbox fantasy), keeping some (more daydreaming, doing one new thing that terrifies me), and creating new ones (mastering the ukelele with my kids), I thought about how all these resolutions come down to...character development.
Last year, my film team and I focused on the subject of character and the neuroscience behind how we can shape who we are and who we want to be in the world. We held our first ever Character Day with millions of people around the world in schools, organizations, and online, and launched our 8 min film The Science of Character as a free global premiere accompanied by educational resources. The amazing response from people wanting to have this discussion inspired us to do it again. So...we are happy to announce....

Dear Tiffany,
I have spent some time with your works (this is why I created the Hungarian subtitles to some of them). You are open, honest and brave person, and I respect that.
However, I think you miss a very important point: that your top questions (and to those you have not asked yet), can be answered already, and perhaps you have seen or read most of them. I have explained in this short text that "knowing about" an answer, and understanding it (integrating it to your perception, the filtering and patternization before reasoning), are two very different things, and I would recommend to improve your focus on that...
If you did not have all this in mind when answered with a ;), I think you can't touch it. Yet. ;-)

Bonus: sample of your unasked questions:
- It is currently admitted, that around 300 tons of contaminated water is leaking into the Pacific ocean at Fukushima every single day, and there is no idea how to stop it in the next decades.
- Is that far enough? You have quite nice chance to have the next Fukushima in the States considering the aging reactors, the financial conditions and the awareness of the regulatory organizations.
Do you have this kind of information integrated to your image of the future? The efficiency of character development for a child having thyroid cancer? If for some reason that is your grandchild?
Now dream on and wink... or hit me... if you can.

Sorry, Tiffany, that's your job. You are a charming person who can sell her ideas and make really nice and motivating films. And well, there are many films about these subjects, but nobody wants to see them. You don't want to see them. They are less motivating than fairy tales.
I have spent too much time on understanding the fundamental elements of thinking, and finally got to the questions of human civilization. I have got too far, I am rather tired and disappointed, and it is very hard to keep the faith if you see too much. However, I still try to communicate, however unidirectional it is. I try to make you go further from just scratching the surface of a question - you shake me off like a bug. I read Mario Vargas Llosa: "Civilization of the Spectacle" (recommend it to you) and know why we go this way - but have no chance to show my answers. Even if I paint it on a wall, nobody will get it.
Somehow I felt that we can have some cooperation on the topics that are important to both of us, where I am the typical mad scientist and you are the one who has patience and openness to accept that even if you can hear the words, you don't understand what I say now but can improve.
Not the first, and hopefully not the last failure of mine. I hope unsubscribing myself now from your newsletter will save you from my stuff. Sorry for disturbing you.

Implementing workflows
LinkedIn: What are the best choices for implementing UI page flows and Batch work flows
When I face this task, I consider the following (always appearing) tasks:
- You MUST do the same when the process is done on a GUI or in a batch processing of thousands of cases - so you MUST use the same codebase. Period.
- The flow (the states, paths, control conditions and addressed objects) WILL change in time. The more business logic you write in code (and almost alike: annotations, magic XMLs of various toolkits) the sooner you will get hurt. Not to mention that sometimes you are asked to open the flow for editing to customer administrators.
- The users will NOT read the manuals, so they will get angry unless they get all information: what are the available options, what they mean and why other options are not available.
- Unfortunately, sometimes external toolkits also change, so if they appear in your codebase, you have to follow them (and in worst case, your users will also have to adapt to the change).
Now to the better news:
- A workflow is a mesh network of State and Transition "objects". It is really easy to store this network, even in simple JSON if you like (each state has unique ID which is referred in the Transitions). That means you can send it to a JavaScript client and display to the user as well.
- In general, the transitions have conditions, which are expressions. If you can give a homogeneous access to the objects around the transition, this can also be configurative, because there are many expression parser/evaluator solutions.
- You should consider creating a homogeneous status reporting environment. Then, you can "ask" each related object (Person, Employee, Office, Shelf, Truck, whatever) about their current state; the Transition expression can access their data and state content and decide if the transition is allowed, and also report to the status container (what the user should do to enable this transition).
- So, you can show the workflow to the user (because it is not hidden in magical configurations and source codes). You can inform them about the current state anytime without extra coding. And if there is no user, the batch processing can also use the same information: you replace the "user" with scripts, similar to the transition expression, but this time the result is the next state.
- Still, you can use any "well known solution" for actually managing the workflow, so you get the solid, tested implementation; your extra effort is to convert your configuration to its native format. However, you are independent from the chosen tool; you can upgrade or replace it at a later time because you can forecast the efforts and side effects.
